ACTIVE OCTOBER started when Brainwaves became superheroes each morning to encourage everyone to walk/cycle to school.
Our Archery sessions ensured we were 'on target'for an active month!
Some classes enjoyed HOOPSTARZ workshops.
Our glow stick dance was a real 'hit'!
We loved our Be bright dress up day and the whole school walked around the field for a colourful daily mile!
Our Cramlington Foodbank collection was extremely well supported - thank you!
Well done to our new Year 4 violins 'progression group' led by Mrs Hedley. They are thoroughly enjoying their lessons!
WELL DONE to all 38 children who completed the summer holiday library reading challenge.

We 'unveiled' our new reclaimed palyground equipment area this week - big thanks to Mrs Holdsworth and Chris all their hard work!
Some of the funds came from the Owlets and the children can't wait to try out all the new equipment.
A storytelling stage is also part of the new area - thanks to Mrs Lister.

We had a super Captsin Tom 100 Challenge day on Friday 30th April. Everyone did their Daily Mile...
...as well as other class 100 challenges!
We smashed our 'England does the Daily Mile' challenge too with 125 miles for EYFS/KS1 and 119 miles for KS2. WELL DONE!!

Year 6 had a fabulous day out at Nissan - the first day visit we have been able to arrange for over a year!
