Reading
In year 3 children will read weekly, they will then bring a book home to practice. Reading at home to parents, grand parents or older brothers or sisters gives the children extra practice and improved their confidence. If you do read with your child please sign and/or write a comment to say they have read with you. The children will then be given a new book on a Friday.

Numeracy homework
Numeracy homework will be given out on a Friday to be returned on the following Monday.

Literacy homework
Literacy homework will be given out on a Monday to be returned on Friday of the same week.

Note: Any homework that is set by us, will be linked to the work being completed in the classroom.

P.E. Days
Children have P.E. on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Children will need to have a P.E kit on these days.
